Enrol your child
Our coordination unit is your first point of contact for advice and information about enrolling your child with us.
We will work with you to match your child care needs with the best care environment for your child taking account of diversity of language, culture and ability to ensure the right fit between children, educators and their respective families.
Pending availability, you will usually have the opportunity to meet with a number of educators in selecting the service that best meets your needs.
Have the following information ready before enrolling:

Ensure you have applied to Services Australia (Centrelink) for your childs Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Your childs Customer Reference Number (CRN)

The enrolling parents Customer Reference Number (CRN)

Your childs up to date Immunisation History Statement
What happens next?

Contact us and we will email you an enrolment pack, with enrolment form and parent information booklet.

We will also provide the contact details of 2-3 educators.

You contact the educators at the time that suits you best to arrange an interview and tour of their home.

Advise us of your decision

Complete the enrolment documents and provide any necessary attachment (Immunisation, Action plan or other relevant information)

Return the documents to our office

Care can begin provided all documents are complete.
